Discover more about Qobra's story

Since 2020, we've been on a mission to make sales compensation accurate, transparent, and motivating, for the teams who run it and the reps who earn it. Based in Paris, London and New York.

“We started Qobra because commissions are the one paycheque salespeople can't explain. Our goal hasn't changed since day one: every rep should understand every pound they earn, and every team should be able to change a plan without fear.”
Antoine Fort, CEO & Co-founder at Qobra

Every Qobra team member helped shape the values we share. They guide how we build, how we work together, and how we show up for our customers every day.
